Time for me to whizz out my telescope. Haven't done this for ages...ugh...careful on the Challenge course it's mired with gloopy eggs, cream, custard pie and cabbage...time for me to wade in with my whisk and whip up a meringue. Qmel and scubascott for the USA are battling with MarchHare007 and martin cube for the UK...so far not sure who's winning but a few bullseyes have hit me. Had a peek in the Pengy Rule handbook..can't find nothing about bonus points for this or indeed penalties for assaulting the referee...so training my laser sharp lens back on the flagpole I see strnog1 hanging there...just, after magnificently fending off a possee of woad daubed assailants. Whizz around to the Mogul...hah hah...poor strnog1 got trampled by a porkie! Well done OldSpotPig you show these inferior humans how it's done! When pigs can excel at geography and pengy's can type there is no viable future for the human race. And the Titan,...oooer sparklingwine is climbing the flagpole there. Get a good grip! When the american tide rolls in you might be dislodged. The Survivor currently running out in front of the pack is martin cube ,yes, that's him who playfully chucks cabbages at me...can't say I ever got him in my Pit too often...yet.

American mogul supremacy is in dire danger of crumbling...but there's more. This wipes out the overall advantage of the Titans.

Good work demurechicky that magnificent result made you the top UK player so far this round. 25 brave troopers are thrashing it out to reach the Final Frontier and 6 are doomed to fail and end up piranha meat. 10 are USA flavour tasty snacks and 15 are UK & Co. OldSpotPig escaped the Danger Zone so smoked ham is off the menu...and I'm getting excited..why? Because mos623 is hanging onto the edge of the pit by his finger nails! Anyone would think I've marked him out for special attention. This is not so...my burning mission in life is to grab as many Invincibles as I can!

Time for a quick scan across the flaming battlefields...and mos623 is flying from the Challenge flagpole. That's stopped me bragging then hasn't it. demurechicky is leading the mogul stampede...surely demurechicky has to rate as one of the ace players this month. I certainly think so. The Titans is the toughest arena...and cheeky markswood is in first..ah, this is interesting. At only 3 points behind julieanne123, pengy is nibbling his flippers with dreadful excitement....can he catch her?

The americans are good at movies and music have you noticed this? But less of that! Today is the day piranha gets to have his hors d'ouvres...There are 11 live snacks in the Danger Zone. 8 of them are UK...I wonder if that makes piranha's nibbles more or less predisposed to be full of genetically modified or irradiated food? Diet is important. You are what you eat! Pengy will watch with interest to see if piranha develops a luminous glow after snacking. But this is not a culinary blog and no one is the least bit interested...we just want victims!

Take heart if you're one of the 11....a few other players are sliding dangerously close to the edge of the abyss...
