Two new enlisters, or should that be enlistees?, did super good too. Welcome to paul6012 who romped home in 9th and lagrastar who landed 13th. These wonderous newcomers incidentally are both USA. Know what that means UK & Co? Go get! No prisoners. Just aim for total subjugation.

It's midmonth..no, it's way past midmonth and I had a rifled HQ for some stats.

Actually I rifled them on the eve of yesterday..but my naughty computer had other ideas yesterday. Is this problem particular to penguins or does it afflict the human race? Think tabbed browsing with the yahoo toolbar. Think the browser romping off and me clicking madly to close windows as they popped open. Final tally...43 windows open! This was all too much for a mentally challenged pengy. Pengy went to lie down for a nap.

The Survivor

Yesterdays top steel sheathed winner was scubascott USA

And what a fab day he had on the battlefields. 2nd in the Titans and then in true killer mode stole glory on the survivor. And now he's off fishing....watch out piranha! I knew one day they'd send out an assassin!

Me, I'm happy...I have 3 Invincibles captive in the Danger Zone.

Time to spin my telescope around the battlefields...Oh I say PDAZ is doing well on the Challenge...but Little Heaven has beat off the oppostion so far and is climbing the flagpole. On the Titans ryaman has played early..hm...a change in tactics...and it's working....he's getting busy fending off all other claimants to the crown. Mogul is movie day...your favourite hey? and Little Heaven...has a clone because she's wafted into the lead in her heavenly shift here aswell. Now that is genius..And the survivor? Demurechicky is in the lead. This is a magnificent effort to stop slithering back into the Danger zone if I ever saw one. Well done!

Right..I'm jogging over to referee now...need sustenance...detour to the Mogul and beg some sweet potatoes off cat brat and ingratiate myself with Qmel so I don't starve when she takes over providing the nibbles. ....please, Qmel...not haggis! ( A meaty mess encased in a sheeps stomach)

Two Titans are looking pretty impressive...have only played 9 games and are in the top 10..that's pretty amazing..Yep, that makes j2cp2 and whee my fave fab players just now. BUT...best trooper has to be twosleepy for coming out tops so far after playing for 15 days and only getting 3 answers wrong. I say, you're all pretty good at this tricky question and answer thing aren't you?

I'm twiddling my flippers here...waiting...whilst I peer at my monitor that says Cannot find Server...I'll leak some HQ stats whilst we patiently wait for battle to resume...secrecy is my middle name you know. Last time I filched the battle stats..the USA were struggling to catch the deadly UK & Co team. Brace yourself USA....I'm being compassionate here...you're sinking faster than the Titanic.

I hope everyone's noticed that's 3 wins so far for the fighters daubed in blue woad. This is not favouritism..this is fact. I will timidly divulge another...the USA moguls are in trouble. Not big trouble....yet....but measly, marginal trouble. Time was when the red dust devils swatted the UK team flat and held them there, pinned down helpless in the mud.

Are those days of USA supremacy numbered? A thing of the past? I wait now, with bated pengy breath, nervously twiddling my thumbs in anticipation of a rip roaring USA retaliatory attack. Yes, this is called stirring it! And no one can stir it better than a meddlesome pengy.

This is our fearsome reigning Sole Survivor at his most destructive...the stuff of nightmares. Piranha dropped by for a tasty snack on the eve of yesterday...okay, Tuesday night to be exact. Aw and we lost some of our bravest fighters who now have to endure a diet of smoked kippers and shandy. All injected with performance enhancing fishy additives...proteins. Keep hurdling across the course though, and enjoy creating havoc!

4/1 for the USA!...cor that was a close run thing. Was almost total annihilation. Right UK, what you going to do about ryaman? He needs special attention...kidnapping? Remember, pengy does not condone violence and never pays ransom demands...but paper aeroplane is under serious attack and needs some covering fire quick. It was a gallant effort by dippo who scurried into the top 10 but the americans are runing riot. 7 out of the top 10 players are red devils.

I must say BB1 is really rather good at this. ..always seems to be top american..but alas seems fated to have never won it yet. Then again, I gnaw my lip mournfully as I hasten to point out..neither has any other american either..so don't be sad BB1. Oops, bit tactless that...

Moving smoothly on...my fave player was CRAZZYMAN...oh yes, I like CRAZZYMAN...he was one of the original devilish players got a drippy, not too bright penguin hooked on quizzes. Yes, he used to beat me all the time! I had a retaliatory course of action...yes, I retired and started the UK V USA quizzes instead!

I raided HQ yet again.....guess what? Some of you were dead clever last month and snatched more goodies for your team than in August. I speak reverently of the masterful moguls who excelled themselves. The ones who hair ignited from overloaded brain activity! Whose thought processes rivalled the speed of light!

Cor..that's lucky. It was nearly 4 wins out of all four battles for the red devils. Whew! And 2 wins in a row for spiffy miffy. There, that's the Kiss of Death done for the day! polaris UK and RJ USA sneaked out of the Danger Zone when I wasn't looking..cheeky things...BUT I netted Alien8 and twosleepy (who I caught napping..er, sorry..couldn't resist it).

I say, Eebs is doing well. Top american player and hasn't even played all 5 days. This is a true genius at work. Pengy is impressed.
