Pengy's getting braver each month...I mean when did I last hide in my bomb pod? Soon I will be as ferocious and brave as all of you.


I will type slowly today for the benefit of any of our troopers who have sore heads and are a little bleary eyed. I will try not to use words of more than two syllables to make life easier for everyone.

The Challenge
USA won 10543 pts with 35 players = 54% (last month lost with 49.9%)
UK & Co won 12000 pts with 47 players = 46% (last month won with 50.1%)
USA win Dec Challenge by 8% (lost last month by 0.2%)


Crack open a bottle of champagne for the red team! Whey hey...did you stomp on the UK & Co team or what? What a fine win! Good stuff! And look at me! Keeping to words of not more than two sylla.....is easy!


The Mogul
USA won 3890 pts = 44% (last month lost with 40.5%)
UK & Co won 5020 pts = 56% (last month won with 59.5%)
UK & Co win Dec Mogul by 12% (last month won by 19%)


So have the blue woad dyed troopers pulled back? You bet they have. What's more they've romped off into the overall lead. This is flipper gnawing stuff....pengy likes it close.
That's one battle each for each side so far.
And the chit chat pengy is sticking to short, brief, pithy, terse and succint chat.


The Titans
USA won 2276 pts with 10 players = 51% (last month won with 57.8%)
UK & Co won 3922 pts with 18 players = 49% ( last month lost with 42.2%)
USA win December Titans by 2% (last month won by 15.6%)
Ah....
The UK & C0's Ach...something Heel , weak spot. Always get trounced here. The red team won...again...but by a measly margin. Come on UK and feisty friends...you can do it! Maybe next month hey? This was closely fought. The tightest battle of the whole war.

UK & Co win Decembers Survivor by 8% (last month by 16.6%)


Pengy is chuckling...piranha is too. This is the UK & Co's stronghold. They reign supreme..they are the best! Another win...but ...the each month the Americans are catching up.I shall have to re-grease the slippery sides of the Pit.
Wonder whether there'll be a swingabout next time on this one and the Titans?

Pengy sadly waves his unpulled turkey wishbone and magically discovers which army won overall.
USA overall snatched 48% of all the dead christmas tree needles dropping on the carpet.
UK & Co get to grab 52% of the tree..and the fairy on the top!
UK & fab friends won Decembers war by 4%
In November it was 5%. This is not a stupendously significant fact but pengy as you know is garrulous and a closet raconteur.

It's a disease. I believe it! Let's hope it's not contagious. And if you can say it you've a more mobile, flexible mandible than moi. This reinforces my personal belief that the pen is afterall mightier than the sword.
Now my fave little troopers I'm shrugging into my flak jacket and off to patrol the battlefields, lay mantraps, stretch tripwires and see what wonderful treats Qmel has put out on the mogul smorgasbord.
