Crowning Champs And Bending the Knee Day

My fave day of the month this.
Champs Crowning day!... where I get to brag about my faves!
And I heard no complaints about the new hi-tech thrones so I've got them ready again. They look good, they massage, they recline and what more can an exhausted champ ask for?

So let's get started.
Challenge Champ...this throne hasn't had time to get cold. Will jules44 come on up and retake her regal perch. That's 4 wins in a row now. Will anyone ever manage to dislodge you jules? And it's officially a record...pengy says so and this is all backed up from stats from HQ.
Mogul Maximus....well, just elegantly clamber over if you will jules44. Yes...this is not pengy with a stammer. It's the wonderful jules again! And guess what? This is also 4 wins in a row too. But, alas, not the all-time record. That is held by spiffy miffy with 6.
Wonder when we'll see a red american take up residency in either of them.
Titanasaurus Rex....ssh.....she might be shy. Will Deborah take a bow and please come and claim her throne and her crown. Well done there Deborah for stamping your mark....a crown and Invincible status too! Have to say the americans are pretty good at nicking all the honours on this battlefield. Know what this means...a throne up for grabs again! Everyone pile in and get chucking old mince pie missiles, yes, the ones no one wants to eat anymore! Make mincemeat of your opponents. Sorry. They don't get worse than that, promise.
Sole Survivor...YES! HE DID IT! And I'm so happy for him! Pengy loves a fighter and...oh, yes, his name. Mike32768... I invite you to climb the lofty heights and come and test out the comfy throne...whilst pengy wipes a little tear of joy from his(?) eye. No hug...you're quite safe. I believe it frightens even some of the toughest competitiors away.

Next we have the Daily Dervishes...those who scampered so fast they notched up most daily wins.
The Challenge ...jules44 with 9 wins.
The Mogul...miffy42 with 13 wins.
The Titans...StuHern with 10 wins.
The Sole Survivor...miffy42 with 8 wins.
It was a close run thing for the Titan crown so I'm kinda chuffed StuHern notched up most wins. jules and miffy? Well what can you say? They can be unbeatable.
A word about Mount Olympus...had to send out the MP's the partying was so wild. That's Military Penguins by the way...we have our own law enforcers here and they all came back drunk and were peppered with prawn vol au vents. A sneaky suspicion tells me the culprit might be our smorgasbord hostess who attained Invincible status.
So who scaled the lofty heights?

But alas this means there were evictions. We say goodbye to Eebs (anyone know where she's gone? hope she's alright?) and to scubascott who sprinted straight across to the Titan battlefield...oh er, watch him UK & Co he's devilishly good!
Ah..I spoke too soon, ignore that last bit...for the demoted Invincibles paper aeroplane....Quiz Beagle and OldSpotPig have dashed over there too. This is good. I'm expecting a deadly fight...and as we all know there is no one alive as deadly as a demoted Invincible let loose to create havoc.

Top Mop...and pengy's fave so can't escape a hug. This most fearsome and distinguished achiever is already warming a throne...so please Deborah would you be so bold as to wriggle over here and claim your next accolade. Everyone cheer! Everyone raise a glass to Deborah who just has to be star player of December 2008 for winning the MOP...Titanasaurus Rex (ooops, Regina, as a savvy player pointed out)..and attaining Invincible status.

Pengy observation....After 1 days play on the Titans...the UK & Co have 8 troopers in the top 10. I will be watching this one with an extra sharp laser-like beady eye this month. The USA won't tolerate that...not the Uk and friends stomping on them.
