My oh my....plenty of shufftying going on...first we have a new Challenge leader...jules44 is already stamping her mark. Cor...can anyone take jules on? In the Top 20 Toughies we have 5 new entrants battled in.....casualties are high already. And 4 of them 5 new entrants are americans. tihata...strnog1...mos623 and bernie73. Told you they were tough and gonna fight back and well done bernie73 for such a dazzling start. It's rough and tumble bigtime....just how I love it. Last month Stars & Stripes became my adored duvet companion...will it enjoy the same preferential treatment this month or are things set to change.
My favourite Challenge player? It was Eebs. I hope Eebs can play more this month...I think we'd all be treated to some jawdropping duels. I had a dream last night...mos623 and Eebs and mike32768 and WorldB and tihata were leading a massive invasion of hungry determined americans to glory. Do I ever have prophetic dreams you might ask? No. Never. But there's always a first time.
There's quite a few hot spots already developing...we have Qmel...shadowzep
...julieanne123...j2cp2 and chipownz building an impressive USA blockade just past 20th...good teamwork hey? Reckon they're plotting to repel all UK advance...or...is this mean machine of a juggernaut going to flatten everyone in it's path. Hmn...just behind..and in danger of getting stuck are a small UK contingent comprising of Squisher...OldSpotPig and Quiz_Beagle. And right behind them Maggie... Seurat...tisonlyme321 and Silvertop are giving chase. Poor brave elamcs...cut off from any american backup and sandwiched between the two packs. Find a trench elamcs and just jump in it and let them all roll on by.
And I just have to mention Stuhern....a recordbreaker ....1665 secs is a pretty astounding time. Poor Stu...let me guess...your mouse stopped running and needed feeding with more batteries at a critical moment.. It's been known to happen you know...a tad irritating.
And the Mogul?
Yesterdays Crafty Sci-Tech Mogul was Howie72#8 UK
It meant Howie took the lead in the Mogul....and now has the dubious honour of the whole pack of you snapping at his heels. Aw...the price of success. No danger of success going to your head in this fighting arena, not when you can so easily get nipped the other end.
And bad luck Pamelia...got 10 correct and just missed out on bonus goodies by a measly 5 seconds but still an impressive return to the war games. My favourite Mogul? It was cat brat63...very versatile, can nab bonus goodies AND serve up delicious treats with ease. ....not to mention a driving force behind rallying the USA troops. One of the tournaments star players methinks.
And so I don't keep you guys/gals in suspense I'll get the bonus table going...unlike the Challenge we can all see then at a glance who's winning. Last night my flippers itched to do it...but no, restraint was called for to give you all time to win points. Can't appear to heckle you.

Which reminds me....less americans played the Mogul last month and it can make a big difference on the Mogul. The UK won by 660 points. A snippet in Mogul terms. A quick play with my abacus (ain't technology great)...that's only 66 goodie bags. Spread over 31 days? Right america...I'm cogitating...er...
that's 2 and a bit (don't do fractions) more players winning a bonus everyday. Do we have any takers? Any american keen enough to turn annihilation into a conquest! Fame and glory could await you..unless the UK flame you first.
Oh...and we have 2 new recruits to welcome. This is good...helps cover anyone taking leave of absence...(if I was draconian I'd enforce absence of leave). Both are american...which shows the jungle drums must be working...reinforcements are arriving in a steady trickle incase you had'nt noticed. So A Warm Welcome to GEoff20z8 and ohfun1...(hehe) who swam the atlantic to enroll. With all this american back-up lining up things could get interesting.
Right I'm off now to beg some nibbles off cat brat63 in the Mogul sin bin...
