Well I'll bite my little penguin tongue off! This month is full of pleasant surprises. Ain't it nice to see new players beating the Greats. QueenMary and poolosopher...all I can say....flippers waving...is...More! More! Again! Go get em'!
Forgive my juvenille exuberance, I can't help it if I get a tad carried away.
The hurly burly is fun...and Eebs is coming and along with Triviaballer...WorldB and mos623, to my experienced beady eye, it means the USA storm troopers are moving in!
My favourite Challenge player ....definitely...no hesitation...had to be poolosopher. Got a PB...AND muscled into the Top 20 Toughies.
Did I ever tell you how I got into FT quizzes? Never heard of FT until a place I used to go started a private tournament. We thought we was clever...and smart..until...some newcomers trawled by and stopped to visit. And thrashed us all! Yep...I'm talking about poolosopher...sneaked in and walloped us all bigtime..right proper ego demolition. Then CRAZZYMAN and Fitz visited too.
Need I say more? Then I got hooked and thought...eureka! I'm a pacifist by nature so I'll create a UK Versus USA Challenge! So if you ever wondered what you did to get inflicted with verbal abuse from a penguin.....blame poolosoper...and CRAZZYMAN and Fitz.

Have to say you're all piling into the Mogul...turning it into a riot.....and you're all good...I'm dishing out bonus points by the bucket. Personal Best's are getting trashed and rewritten everyday! ryaman got a PB...and paper areoplane too and my favourite Mogul had to be paper areoplane because he/she flew into 2nd place in the Mogul table. Cor...are you locking your sights on miffy42? Have you no fear?
Updated the Mogul table too....And not before time...UK & Co are still leading.
Truth to tell america, the lead is kinda stretching out but I won't panic you by harping on....the lead's not as big as last month (discreet cough..yet)...UK & Co have nabbed 720 points...USA have nabbed 590 points. Could this be the UK's only achilles heel? Never forget...be complacent at your own peril... america won the first Mogul.
There's new players to have my spies watch.....talentspotting...to pass the warning down the wire.
Two new recruits enlisted...1 for each side...nice, I like that. A Big Hiya to JustLooking for the USA. And a Warm Welcome to jibber for the UK..
And I'd like to apologise for my absence yesterday...sort of got sidetracked and delayed. Went x-mas shopping...waddled around the shops...turned into a massive expedition...came back with a nice hamper stuffed with herrings, salmon and tasty fishy treats...and vodka!
Which I'm sampling now...just incase any of you pop into Ice Floe city
