Could be tough this month...the USA were talking big yesterday. The UK & Co have gagged them with a pretty convincing show of strength. Wonder what the yanks B plan is gonna be?
My favourite Challenge player yesterday was Ewemama...because Ewemama is a fighter and is rallying the USA troops when morale could just be a teensy weensy bit low. Keep it up...I love it!
The fighting is fast and furious...always is this early in the month. The battlefield is littered with pockets of troops enagaged in fisticuffs....private little battles. There's points and positions to be nabbed and then defended. And there's even medicare available on the sidelines.
We've a few new faces entered the fray and I'm keen to see how they'll cope with the vicious pace of play. Some lose their bottle and slink off...and think I have'nt noticed. Ganymede is tops so far...already managed to get himself into the Top 20 Toughies....And Stinkypudden could prove dangerous. Is already pretty high in the rankings. Then there's ywf111.....another talented american newcomer...fresh into the carnage and not intimidated by the big guns.
Last month I had my eye on Eebs...has'nt played recently...hey USA..send out the search parties. Eebs has already gone AWOL.
And the Mogul?
Yesterdays Magnificent Movie Mogul was hemisphere USA
Hemisphere hit a PB too...so has just got to be my favourite Mogul player.
After the first days play ( I ain't added the rest on yet) the UK are stamping their authority...again...are leading by 70 points. Huh..is that all? Cor..get in there USA...pile in and nab a few more bonus points and if you're new or forgot how I work the point in my idosyncratic penguin way...I'll remind you.
Everyone who gets 10 correct answers in 60 seconds or less gets 10 bonus goodies...winner gets a whopping 20. No ranking. Just bonus goodies. It's an easy peasy way of boosting your teams score. Take OBC...I often pick on OBC ..earned 98 pts all month on the Challenge. Won 60 pts for 6 days at the magical 10 on the Mogul. She felt kinda chuffed at that.

Ganymede's Game and there's a quirky twist. Focus your brain on the 'all the pictures have something in common' game too. My spies report back it's currently a guy with a hairy rug on his chest. Huh? Ugh.

A Warm Welcome to Dr Gas come to infiltrate the enemy for the UK.(I'm chuckling here...imagination working overtime). And A Warm Hiya to bendoodie for the USA who crept in under cover of darkness in camouflage...nearly slipped through my detectors. You americans are getting too good at this...catching me napping.
Over the parapet..days play so far on the Challenge...ah...one of my faves, cyprus1 is infront...bravely fending off americans with the help of miffy42 and Howie72. And the Mogul? Oh dear....still, the americans will all pile in later on...won't they?
I'm waddling off now....got me a new flare gun to warn any unruly players who's boss.
