Oh nearly...so close... but 4 out of 5 ain't bad.
And there were some cracking times too.....miffy42#1 came in at a scorching 17 seconds. Aw shucks....Triviaballer's record is taking a bashing but it ain't been smashed yet. And cyprus1...your 18 seconds hotfooted dash into 2nd place was a personal best....that was darn nifty.
After the blockade was lifted two new recruits stormed in. Both for the UK team. Yep...stormed...I'm not exaggerating here. Two Commonwealth allies bravely swam the oceans of the worlds to aid the UK.
Welcome to Canadian Cousin who muscled into 49th spot....and Queen Mary who breezed straight into 9th. I'm impressed.
If this is after just one days play...cor....just think how they're gonna leapfrog up the leaderboard!
Speaking of which one or two of you have only played a handful of games and yet are still scrabbling up there....heading toward Mount Olympus where the Great Ones ...mink and jules 44...miffy42...mos623 and tihata breath rarified air.
Who Do I speak of with obesqious wonder and awe?
I deferentially refer to thereds4ever(only played 5 games) and Avin_Itoffski (9 games) and just a bit behind poolosopher (9 games) and malarson6 (5 games). The top guns have all played 12 or 13 games and yet these fab four have carved a place for themselves in the top 30.
But the place for the fiercest fun has to be from positions 109 right through to 128. Could'nt slide a feather between these. It's a right tug of war between.....

That's a skirmish of 20 players with only 10 points splitting them. These are the guy/gals are bringing tears to my eyes. Nothing static about this lot....A seething cauldron of mayhem it is. And stretchers and medical aid...they don't need it cos they are tough!

Gee I could chat all day....so much going on..ambushes...skirmishes....devilish sprinters riproaring past..but....I mumbled something yesterday about attacking those AWOL players...and I'm off to do it now. I do do a bit of work every now and then you know...when I'm not cheering you all on!
