The Union Jack is back quick...These Brits are not going to lie down without a fight!

Congratulations to Mink. Grabbed 1st place early on and maintained it all day. An old saying springs to mind here...a Brit in the hand is worth two Yanks in the bush.....or something wise and profound like that.

So what happened yesterday during the cafuffle...(mayhem)

1. Mink UK. Galloped off over the horizon and even the keenest bloodhound could'nt catch up.
2. jules44 UK. Kept the ravening pack of Americans at bay. Well done!
3. malarson6 USA. Who is this? A lone outrider....brave soul...ostracized and alone.
4. Beckyel UK. Right up behind and nipping at those heels...almost caught your quarry too!
5. magijoh1 #1. UK Reigning champ and coming back to exert supremacy...


I've noticed one thing....M players do do the best...it's statistic fact. No...you can't all re-register.
But only 1 USA representative in the leading pack yesterday. That is unusual. Mind you, everyone is a bit jittery and wary with all these new players....more than a few original players seem shell-shocked. Things should start to settle down....in your dreams I reckon.

Yesterday saw new arrivals for both antagonists.

Oh by the way....sorry Mink...yesterday you matched the fastest finger record set by Triviaballer. It has to be beaten. Triviaballer is still champ there. Try again!

There's quite a bit of activity going on in the overall table too! In fact it's pretty engrossing.
How's this for stiff competition.
There's four scraps going on.

Scrap Number One.
First magijoh1 is only 4 points behind Marsalinator in the top spot. Cor...someone better get and help him out before he's pummelled flat. He's all on his own with 4 Brits ganging up on him!

Scrap number 2
This promises to be the bloodiest one. It makes me wince just thinking about it. From positions 34 to 38 in the knockout table we have 5 players all on 36 points. Sallyannh and Fitz and tisonlyme321 along with ctownsc and finstockian are battering hell out of each other! Me...I advise keeping out of their way!

Scrap Number 3
This one is nicely on the boil...between Seurat....kwd42co..MrTonyClifton...dean521 and YankeeFan.
Only 13 points seperate this bunch. And the one who comes out on top has...yes...you guessed...got to jump into the fray above!

Scrap Number 4
And this one is the deadliest because these desperadoes from the lower end of the wholescale fighting are fearless and they have nothing to lose and only gory glory to gain! I have a premonition it could get dirty...and any new players joining now are innocently going to land right in it! I'm talking about the 17 players down below (no...not purgatory) who have between 1 to 9 points and are hungry to win more for their countries. I have a hunch it's more dangerous down here than anywhere else. (And I would offer a gratis trauma counselling service for the combatants except I have a sensitive pysche and don't want nightmares).

Well...that was a lenghty entry but you know by now I can talk...and talk....and talk..

You can't though....you have points to earn.....set your sights on your nearest opposing player and go get them!
