Results from HQ January 2019

Greetings human warriors ...... I have returned after a bout of flu. Bird flu ..what else.
Yet the infamous cross-Atlantic war continued unabated.

So how did January go?

The Challenge
The USA fielded 15 crack troopers, won 7349 points = 53.6% of the spoils of war.
The UK & Co fielded 11 worthy patriots, nabbed 6374 pts = 46.4% of the goodies.
The USA won the January Challenge ... but my goodness UK  you put up a terrific fight, unlike November when, sad to say, you were annihilated, and what a close scrap it was between jules44 of the UK and Suep of the USA who valiantly clinched the Challenge crown and American victory at the last moment. Terrific stuff! The gritty fighting that epic battles and war sagas are made of.

The Survivor
The USA fielded 8 players, won 1923 pts = 49%
The UK & Co fielded 11 players , won 2000 pts = 51%
The UK & Co won the January Survivor battle.

Well done UK! But it wasn't enough ...
Two Battles make one monthly war.
USA = 51.3%
UK & Co = 48.7%

Oh but it was close! Closer than it has been for a long time. In November those rampaging Americans won by ..  57% to UK & Co at 43%.
My American buddies .... be afraid, be very afraid ....
