This is no time to get overcome with excitment. Might have been 4/1 for the UK yesterday but all leave is cancelled....the fighting is too close. Did you know only 7 points split the leaders? poolosopher USA ... Quiz_Beagle UK ...Qmel USA ... briarwoodrose UK and dippo UK is romping up behind aswell after a snappy second place.

I spied a dazedcat on the battlefield too...a newcomer...another american. I say...it was a pretty good first run for a little feline. Me..I suspect this is the toughest battlefield....no time to catch your breath and reload your weapons , everyone's just too tightly packed.

There's a new generation of Mark 1 dust devils arriving...with intriguing names like....Iceman61...raidersruleall (yes, running rampage on the mogul too!) and brokenbody. Don't know if they've filled in their Profiles yet but ...well, look what mos623 has in his...And you will know me by the trail of bodies...

But then again...pengy can see a good war developing and the way the UK moguls are mercilessly hammering the americans...sorry...did I say hammering...I meant hiding. Nasty fact is that there's only 20 points between the two opposing armies now...cor, only 20..and I'm not saying in whose favour. I'd replenish my bandages and leg splints shall I? KO1 came and went and piranha went away smiling...but not far. Radar has detected a presence basking in the shallows nearby waiting for the next victims.

We lost a load of good patriotic players in the first cull. Every single one of them received a sad pengy hug of farewell.....and a complimentary kipper and glass of shandy.

I'v already dragged three Invincibles into the Danger Zone....and both the mascots, catbrat63 and onebraincellUK. ..and today is music. ..and mos623 is in the lead. Shan't manage to catch him today then. Shame.

How goes the Challenge? Oh poor dippo! 6511 seconds. A new speed record? Wonder what happened? Phone rang? Bad internet highway traffic? It happens to everyone sooner or later. Miffy is flying from the flagpole! In 16 seconds...a UK win then? Bet no one can beat that today.

On the Titan martin cube is defending the flagpole...but the americans grease it you know..ready for when they all pile in later. Hang on martin!

And the Moguls? Hmmm..miffy42 is leading...but it's early in the day and the american cohorts have yet to roll out of bed.

Getting worried for the UK & Co army on this one...they could be in danger of going down this month...fighting to the bitter end I'm sure...but smacked into the mogul dust is still smacked into the dust.

Time for me to jog over there and referee...and make sympathetic clucking noises because it's tough and you're all so brave.
