3/2 for the USA. Again. Hey, you're getting not half bad at this game aren't you USA. My fave challenge player was poolosopher...3rd place and a PB for pool! Hip hip hooray! Yes, he's an american. And here's another who played well and caught my eye...Strnog1. Not played everyday...but is in fighting fit form now.

But...there are new troopers scavenging on the battlefield..and they're good. Very good. We have Surrealist...the new wonder weapon ...but there was a horde of you battling your way into the top 20 finishers who looked fearsome and frightening but that could be your warpaint..not your natural look. A pengy has trouble with human photo fits and stuff like that.

These are the guys and gals who romped in yesterday and at the speed they're settling in, well, america, forewarned is fourarmed ...pollygw...satguru..martin cube...AnneBonney and skrizoo. Remember them or the usual recommendaton is stencil their names on your forehead so you can't forget them...just remember to rub it off when you're out in the real world

The cheeky beagle could have swung it the UK's way...didn't count...so it was 3/2 for the USA. But..is this the beginning of the UK offensive par excellance? Two wins in a row for the UK now.

And to further prove my neutrality....Stuhern of the UK is getting kinda of cut off behind enemy lines. Marsalinator and TAR fan are starting to look threatening, not to be confused with Deborah and Qmel (reigning Titanasaurus Rex) and poolosopher who already are.

Clever, dependable jules...a real asset to the team and a fine general (pc correct version: generaless).

DRAT! Just clicked the mogul and got a Server Error..that's worse than the current lag...but not a lot. Nope...not behaving today or it's my Kiss of Death boomeranged back. That's a first.

Dabbing my eyes with a tissue (with a cheeky grin hidden behind) I see we say goodbye to 7 UK and 3 USA heroes/heroines leaving only 33 for me chase and capture and fling in the pit.

But don't be sad because you won valuable bonus points for your country and it's not so nasty down in the pit. You could perhaps do with some Wii machines flown in for you play with or could keep playing the quiz and exert psychological pressure on your sworn enemy.

18 USA and 15 UK & Co survivors get to thrash out the next round and I have to say here that one or two of you who got eliminated were very unlucky and had just enlisted later, that's all.

Poor skrizoo, milamtexan and harriuscai. But well done to martin cube who managed to scramble out...didn't think he could do that after his late arrival. Pretty impressive that.
