Gee...bet jules and miffy have never had to sprint so fast. Good for them...and we still seem to be a UK General missing. How damaging, I wonder will this be to the UK & Co army. I'm itching to check the stats....but NO...I will try to resist temptation until the 20th...I can be strong too when I try.

My fave Challenge player was ..are...yep, more than 1 again. You all make it so hard to choose...but I settled on Surrealist..for a fab first win and also...shoemike who nabbed a PB and is coming along great guns this month. Well done there to you 2....both americans too I might tactully add.

Did you notice? That's 2 Wins In A Row for Qmel...is she going to be our first ever Titan champ? And sparklingwine was the only UK player to squeeze into the top 5. Nice thing about the Titans though is the points are oh so much closer together....no one is dominating...anyone can trip and fall or get rugby scrummed from behind. So though I've polished the crown ready I'd best not get it engraved it.

Now this is turning into a mammoth fight. Our american friends were hauling the UK in....and still are, slowly but surely...but the UK have dug their heels in and are fighting inch by inch against the lasso. No..they will not come quietly!

Good for them! Resistance is fierce!

Loads of you have grabbed ammo (bonus points) for your team...but some of you are truly star troopers. After 16th mogul forays across dangerous enemy infested territory you were victorious on 50% or over of your missions.

The Last Human Standing

Yesterdays toughest survivor was j2cp2 USA

Yes...a survivor..and only the toughest dare enlist on this bruising test of endurance. Next fatal Knockout isn't till next week, tons of time to scurry out of danger you might think.... but there's loads of skirmishing going on....and maybe a few anxious, nervous players limbering up on the sidelines before they run the gauntlet.

Congrats to Qmel for clawing out of the pit...commiserations to Little Heaven who slithered down to take her place.

No one is safe...well, except maybe miffy42#3 UK and j2cp2 USA...our top team players this round. And yet...even miffy murmured little words of worry not a day or two ago. miffy!

And think of this...after the final round (28th) when the last survivors are safe from me...they'll only have 3 days fresh off the starting blocks to thrash out who wins...the One we will all have to kneel before and trembling, worship...and...then plot how to hammer next time.

And now...onto gentler, pacifist stuff.
