3/2 for the americans. My fave Challenge player just had to be Deborah...did you know she came 2nd in both quizzes? Well she did and that means applause all round please. Credit where credit is due. First time ranked this month...was a MOP...I'm sure we're going to be seeing an awful lot more of her.
So how go the duels? Who got trammeled in the mud? Who was gleefully victorious?
Paper aeroplane was under attack by datrivialist and Qmel. Well...lg549 and burnsbaron came to the rescue....but...whilst datrivialist ended up squashed, a bit of fine footwork saw Qmel come out on top from this scuffle and speed off ahead but somehow I don't think this one is over. Too many wellmatched players who fight on to the bitter end. Expecting some severe retribution here so have the bandages and sticking plasters ready.
kjc smartly biffed mikew41...but that's not all. mikew41 now has twosleepy to contend with...though mfc is within sniper range.
flicker123 is playing exceptionally well and tossing those bun grenades with incredible accuracy.....adumbldore40 was not the only casualty either as flicker sped up the table. Some sort of award for courage is surely in order there.
The most nailbiting fight was between Georgia USA....pwefc UK....genetrivia1 USA...cat_brat63 and donamaria and Alien8. All USA
Great stuff pwefc UK for managing to hold your ground! Yes..no kidding, I really could see flames sparking from your feet as you ran. But keep running because cat_brat63 ....Georgia and Alien8 are still close behind and regrouping. Outnumbered by the americans, I have to admire your cool nerve pwefc.
And the Mogul?

Won the Challenge the day before too.....so well done there BB1.
My fave Mogul was jules44...the only UK & Co player to manage to get into the top 10. It was Movies...and we all know what that means....american domination. Played Movies 4 times...winners have been BB1 USA (twice)...Qmel USA and TAKROM USA . No more Movie days left this month now...
And a quick peek over the parapet....wow! Top 3 are currently UK with miffy42...Little Heaven (doing very well just now) and Kick (a true patriot come back to fight). So what you going to do about that USA?
And we have a new trooper...flopsy for the UK , who I might add is settling in very quick. So how goes the Mogul? It's UK revenge time! Top 7 spots nabbed by them and been very well defended with an impenetrable blockade.

Time for me to beg a club sandwich off cat brat and then toddle over to scubascott's fishy grille on the scrounge.

How funny that I seem to do well in Movies. I'm not a movie buff. I haven't been to a movie in quite awhile.
