Well the UK are back to their old tricks...dominating the top 5. No one managed to stop mos623 breaching the UK defensive blockade though. He's a pretty good player is our mos.
My favourite Challenge player was ...you've guessed have'nt you...it's Little Heaven. Who else could it be after an awesome performance like that. Our No1 Mop has scored bigtime...got a PB...got 4th and bravely shunted those USA big guns aside.
Remember that General Red Alert from a couple of days back? It's over...we can all breathe easy and relax. Critical point was reached...found poolospher lying stunned in a trench....or having a nap...not sure which but Stuhern had long gone...just a trail of footprints in the mud where he's trampled over a few other unlucky players when he hightailed it up the board. Nice work Stu.
About the other scraps carrying a health warning...well....judetheobvious has won the edge on one of them...scampered off with StinkyPudden in hot pursuit and leaving mfc...tisonlyme321 and EweMama still thrashing it out, except kwd42co has bravely jumped into the bunfight.

The two warring factions have merged into a behemoth...a fearsome medusa. They're nipping at your heels.....who? Might have guessed OBC has dropped back out of this.....kjc and Roly are trading punches even as they run and lg549 is only a whisker behind, along with Dr_Gas who I admire cos he's holding his own well....so far. But his/her nemesis is stalking right behind in the form of adumbledore40 and cat_brat63 and ncb1gdog and bluetwo and bhs63. Gee..how many yanks is that hunting down one UK player. Hang on Dr Gas...someone will come to help now I've highlighted your plight....I'd volunteer myself with my harpoon but I'm impartial. You'd have to be superhuman to stop this many americans.
Whew....does'nt it give you an adrenalin rush.....

You might have noticed jules44 is stamping her mark quite superbly on both quizzes. Leads both of them now....and is current Challenge Champ. Perhaps jules44 is modest and does'nt like to brag.....well I have no scruples...so jules44 I think you're flipping dead clever....an A1 topnotch player.....A player to be feared and revered. There!
My Favourite Mogul player was Marsalinator....ah, payed the penalty of playing later....4 of you came in on 27 seconds...and Mars played last. Aw tough luck...funny coincidence here...that's the 4th time Mars has got 27 seconds aswell. Spooky hey? And fated not to burst through that magical bubble of 27. On the otherhand...I could warn midgetmark that Marsalinator is right up his little rump...at only 1 point behind. Can't get closer than that.
And I've just had a wicked thought....christmas is going to test patriotism and dedication levels. Think of it....easy points to be nabbed cos some of you might not play and desert your posts...and some of you will be hungover when reporting for duty.
On that intriguing thought I'm nipping off now to watch....and today I see we have americans leading both quizzes so far....and tihata must be on rocket fuel!

Thank you for your kind and flattering words. There are so many nippy people doing these quizzes that the margin between success and failure is very fine. A bit of luck is often needed. I've found that I have to do these quizzes at the end of my day when the kids have gone to bed and can't sabotage my attempt! They are very good at interupting just as I click "play".
