Yesterdays First Blood
1. mhallesy UK. #4 (that means ranked 4th now) Expecting to see this name up here a lot this month.
2. Marsalinator USA #2 . Another M name...fate at work here....always there. Refuses to be budged. Would'nt be surprised if he doesn't win this month.
3. magijoh1 UK #1 . The top rank after July....Hope that hasn't put pressure on you?
4. TAKROM USA #10. Hmn...A fist of steel in a velvet glove this one. Joined late in July was romping up the table. Like Marsalinator....rarely if ever has an off day.
5. adumbledore40 USA #15. Ignore the rank....was a latecomer...will undoubtedly rise higher!
A whopping good start there by mhallesy. Doubt it'll remain unchallenged too long though. Not now...not with all these hungry vultures hovering around and set to dive in for the kill. Yep...I mean the flock of Americans. Give them their due....they snatched the monthly tournament right from under the Brits nose. Mind you...could have been something to do with me telling everyone (prematurely) that the Brits looked set to win. Aw...come on guys, I'm sorry for misleading you....please ...no...not the firing squad!
