Spring has finally sprung in the Northern hemisphere .. but make no mistake that does not mean you can shrug out of your flak jackets and down your sniper rifles. Wars have to be fought and there is no leave granted for you patriotic and fearsome fighters.
No going AWOL and sneaking off for a BBQ but if you must be pretty damn quick about it!
The perpetual battle for world supremacy goes on ... perpetually.
Two magnificent armies ... with many fine Generals and daredevil troops ... cousins of old ... and now friendly foes.
I seem to be waxing lyrical today. Hmm .. I must snatch more nibbles from the smorgasbords kindly provided by Qmel and Martin cube. Very invigorating .. I wonder what's in them?
Enough of the social chit chat and pleasantries ... down to the serious gut wrenching stuff.

The Challenge
The gritty never say die USA army fielded 23 troops , who won 6721 points (spoils of war) = 46.4%
The heroically brave UK & Co army fielded 21 troops, who nabbed 7769 points (even more spoils of war) = 53.6%
The UK & Co army won the April Challenge battle by 7.2%
This is good my American friends ... it was more last month at 8%. Do not be disheartened. Think of Boston Harbour and those teabags. It's simply revenge. But it is hard to stop a juggernaut when it rampaging through the trenches and hammering everyone who gets under their feet.
You have to admire them ... and sit silent a moment in respectful awe ...
The Survivor
The USA enlisted 11 undaunted braves who sprinted like true warriors and won 2419 = 35.2%
The UK & Co retaliated with 18 whirlwinds of mind numbing, knee crunching demi-gods who won an outstanding 4461 points = 64.8%
The April War (over both battles)
USA = 40.8%
UK & Co = 59.2%
Won by the UK & Co Army by a margin of 18.4% ... and the Union Jack will be flying over Buckingham Palace tonight.
At this point I shall pause to catch my breath ... calm my frayed nerves for I am a meek pacifist by nature and only a warmonger from unbreakable habit. And after all, this is frightening stuff.
Yes .. my American dudes and dudettes (this is what happens when you stray onto an American forum) ... friends ... buddies ... you must fight them on the beaches, you must fight them on the landing grounds and ask not what can your country do for you .... but what you can do for your country!
Can you stop the all-conquering UK & Co army?
An angry American is a dangerous American ... so I wait with baited fishy breath (that wasn't a type .. I do mean baited not bated) ... for I have seen no sign of surrender yet. And nor will I for the USA is Great!
